The recommended and fastest way to sponsor a child is by making your contribution online.
Step 1: Access the Online Donation Platform
Go to our CanadaHelps donation page by clicking on the direct donation link (HERE) or the button below.
Step 2: Complete the Donation
Make your contribution using a credit card.
Step 3: Ensure the Child Receives Credit for Prizes
Write the child’s name in the message box (see red arrow below). This ensures the child receives credit for the donation and is entered into the draw for prizes.
CanadaHelps will immediately issue you a receipt.
Alternative Method (Paper Pledge)
If you are unable to contribute online: Ask your child’s teacher for a paper copy of the pledge form or invitation.
Submit: Return the completed paper form (and donation) to the school via the child’s teacher.
Note: If the amount is greater than $20, a tax receipt will be issued to you immediately via the online platform.
